Ready to take the next step? The application period for the 2024/2025 school year is October 2nd through March 1st and is open to students entering 1st through 6th grade.

With the success of the Heritage Early Learning Academy, we are no longer accepting kindergarten applications from the public.

5 Steps to Become a Heritage Academy Warrior

STEP 1 - Click & See

STEP 2 - Apply

The 2025-2026 Elementary and Middle School Application window is from October 1, 2024, to March 1, 2025.

STEP 3 - Financial Aid Application

We will work alongside you to apply for the best scholarship for your family! The financial aid application can be accessed from your TADS account, available from January through April. You do not have to have completed your taxes in order to apply. Supporting documents such as a W2 and 1040 must be uploaded to qualify for testing.

* PLEASE NOTE, Scholarships are only available to GA residents.

STEP 4 - Shadow & Testing Day

Once the completed admissions and financial applications are reviewed, your child may be invited for a Shadow and Testing Day in the spring. The Shadow Day and Testing window is March 17-28, 2025.

STEP 5 - Enrollment

If we are able to offer your scholar a seat at our school, this is the final step to becoming a Warrior! You will receive enrollment instructions via email from TADS. Please complete it within the time allotted to secure your seat. There is no fee to enroll. Begin gathering your scholar's enrollment documents: birth certificate, immunization record, EED, and their end-of-year report card. Upload them to the TADS parent portal.

Hey there! I am Sonya Roland Director of Admissions for Heritage Academy and the Early Learning Academy. I have been a part of the Heritage family since 2003, on staff but also as a mother. My husband and I have three children who graduated from Heritage. This school has and continues to engrave an indelible mark on our lives. I look forward to working with you and your family, in hopes you may experience a similar encounter.

I am Amy Pittman, the Admissions Assistant here at Heritage Academy and the Heritage Early Learning Academy. My family has been a part of the Heritage Academy community for quite some time through volunteering. We officially became a Heritage family, when our oldest started Kindergarten in 2013. My husband and I have four children who have or who are currently attending Heritage. I began working at Heritage in 2021. Heritage has been a blessing to our family and we are so thankful to be a part of this community! I look forward to meeting you and your family and hopefully, you will join our Heritage family!
